Combi Boiler Installation in Lancashire
It’s 7am in Burnley. You turn the tap… cold water. Radiators are lukewarm. That old boiler in the cupboard is making noises again.
That’s where we come in. Gas Safe registered engineers covering all of Lancashire County, specialising in combi boiler installation and new combi boiler installation for homes just like yours.
Why Choose a Combi Boiler For Your Lancashire Home?
Combi boilers have become the #1 choice for UK homes, and Lancashire is no different. Here’s why homeowners from Preston to Clitheroe are making the switch:
1. Space Saving
No hot water tank. No cold water tank in the loft. A combi boiler heats water on demand. Perfect for flats in Blackburn, terraces in Colne, or smaller homes in Skipton where space matters.
2. Instant Hot Water
Turn on the tap and get hot water in seconds. No waiting for a tank to heat up. Ideal for busy families in Accrington and Chorley.
3. Energy Efficient
Modern combi boilers are A-rated. That means lower gas bills compared to old G-rated boilers. Many homes that replace older boilers with modern A-rated models may see lower energy.
4. Less Maintenance
Fewer parts, fewer things to go wrong. No tanks = no risk of freezing pipes in winter in Clitheroe or Skipton
What’s Included With Every Combi Boiler Installation
1. Free Home Survey – We assess your home size, water pressure, and heating needs. No guesswork.
2. Old Boiler Removal – Safe disposal included. We take care of the mess
3. System Power Flush – Removes sludge and debris to protect your new combi. Required by manufacturers to keep warranty valid
4. Magnetic Filter Fitted – Catches future debris. Extends boiler life.
5. Flue + Pipework Adjustments – If needed, we’ll route it safely and neatly
Like-for-like combi boiler installation usually takes 1 working day. Converting from system/regular to combi or relocating can take 1-2 days. We aim to leave you with heating and hot water the same evening.

Wow – amazing and thoughtful service. I got an engineer in who suggested I get a new boiler - it would likely costs £1,500+ including fitting. I called Unique Gas, and they sent out their own engineer, a well-mannered gentleman called Ash. He popped along the same day to offer a second opinion and boy am I glad I did! Ash suggested that if the PCB were replaced that should resolve issues. We moved forward and I paid £183 for the PCB (with an official receipt from plumbing city) and despite making two visits he charged me less than £100, and most importantly, hey presto, the heating and hot water now work perfectly again!! He could have made much more money, and I respect honesty as there is so little these days. I would recommend him 100% - very reasonable pricing, excellent knowledge, service and ethics - how can you go wrong!!Posted on Google![]()

Firstly Ash is one of the most genuinely nice people you could meet, fitted 4 radiators & a toilet for me,from start to finish he was professional & really wanted me happy with the job, left no mess & the job was very neat, was a tricky job as floorboards where very old & original so I wanted minimal damage to them,he really took his time to ensure this. I 100% recommend unique gas services & he is now my ‘go to’ for gas/plumbing.Posted on Google![]()

I contacted a few gas engineers and Unique Gas provided me with the most competitive quote and they were also the first company to reply. Communication was easy and quick. They arrived to do the gas check at the agreed time and date and I received the gas certificate and invoice the following day. I highly recommend them.Posted on Google![]()

Had trouble finding a registered gas engineer to install my cooker. Until I stumbled across this gentleman on the Internet. I phoned him and within a few hours I had my cooker safely installed.
